Sites
Manage all operational sites — including customers, scaffolds, inventory, users, and tasks — in one central dashboard.
Purpose
The Sites page is the central hub for managing every location where your company is operating.
From here, you can:
Create new sites
Track active and closed sites
View scaffolds, users, inventory and tasks for each site
Open the full site dashboard
Close or reopen sites
Assign customers, categories, groups and dates
This page provides complete visibility and control over all work locations.
How It Works
Active Sites and Your Subscription
The number displayed next to Active Sites is your total number of sites currently open and active on your account.

This number is directly linked to your Cloudscaff subscription tier.
Examples:
If your subscription plan allows 10 Active Sites and you currently have 10 open, you have reached your limit
To add an 11th site, you must either:
Close an existing site, or
Upgrade your membership
When the limit is reached, the system will display a red notification message informing you that your Active Site limit has been reached. You will not be able to create a new site until the limit is reduced or the plan is upgraded.

Selecting Upgrade Membership will redirect you to the Cloudscaff Stripe billing portal. Only the email address linked to the billing account will be able to complete this upgrade.
Active and Closed Sites

Sites are separated into two accordion sections:
Active Sites
The site is currently active. New scaffolds, tasks, users, and inventory movements are allowed.
Open site dashboard, close site
Closed Sites
The site has been completed or paused. All activity is disabled.
Reopen site
The page automatically loads with Active Sites expanded

Users can expand or collapse both accordion sections at any time
Creating a New Site
Select the yellow plus (+) button in the bottom-right corner

The Create Site form will open
After a Site has been created
A unique Site Code is automatically generated (example: SITE250000001)
Once saved, the site will appear under Active Sites
Opening a Site
Click anywhere on a site row to open the full site dashboard.
The site dashboard may include:
Scaffolding on site
Inventory delivered to or returned from site
Tasks and job cards
Assigned users
Handovers and dismantle scheduling
Document creation
Closing and Reopening a Site
Each site row displays a yellow cog icon.
If the site is active, the cog will provide the option to close the site
If the site is closed, the cog will provide the option to reopen the site
When a site is closed:
No new scaffolds can be created
No new inventory can be delivered or returned
No new users can be added
All activity is restricted
The site moves to the Closed Sites section
Closed sites can be reopened at any time
