The side navigation in Cloudscaff is your main workspace control panel. It provides quick access to all key modules — from your profile and company branches to site and inventory management, logs, and reports.

Hamburger Icon

You can collapse or expand the side navigation by clicking the hamburger icon (☰) in the top-left corner. This helps maximize workspace on smaller screens like tablets or laptops.
User Profile Section
Located at the very top of the sidebar, this area displays your profile information. The User Profile section allows you to manage your personal information and account details within Cloudscaff. Keeping your profile up to date ensures accurate communication, clear identification on reports and logs, and a personalized app experience.

Email address (e.g., [email protected])
Settings icon – Click this to update your personal or account settings.
Updating Your Profile
Click the settings icon

Profile Photo
You’ll see your current profile image displayed at the top of the screen.
Click “Change Image” to upload a new photo from your device.
Click “Remove Image” if you prefer to use the default avatar instead.
Recommended size: square image (1:1 aspect ratio) for best display results.
Email Address
Your registered email is displayed in the Email field.
This is your unique login credential and cannot be changed directly from this screen.
Contact your administrator if you need to update your login email.
Name
Update your name as you’d like it to appear across the system — on reports, job logs, and notifications.
Use your full name for clarity, especially if multiple users share the same company account.
Contact Number (Optional)
You can enter your mobile or office number in the Contact Number field.
This helps team members or clients reach you directly if needed.
The field is optional, but recommended for users managing sites or deliveries.
Save Changes
After making updates, click “Update Profile” at the bottom of the page.
A confirmation message will appear once your changes are successfully saved.
Tips:
Keep your contact information current to ensure smooth coordination with your team.
Updating your profile image helps others easily identify you in shared dashboards and activity logs.
Branch Selector
Below your profile, you’ll see the Active Company Branches list.

Switch Active Company
If you manage or belong to multiple accounts, use this option to change between accounts quickly.
Displays your current company (e.g., Cloudscaff Demo) and available branches (e.g., Arsenal).
Switching branches updates your data view — including jobs, users, inventory, and reports — for that specific branch.
Tools to Choose From

Logs Overview
These logs capture all records created within the Site section across your connected sites.

Instructions Log
View and access all site instructions that have been created.
Handovers Log
A complete record of all handover certificates generated across your sites.
Scaffold Log
A detailed record of scaffold activities, configurations, and safety-related documents.
Upcoming Dismantles Log
View scaffolds that are approaching their dismantle date and require action.
Dismantle Log
A record of all dismantled jobs that have been completed across your sites.
Site Management
Sites
Manage your active job sites.
This section allows you to oversee every site-level operation — including scaffolds, inventory, safety checks, users, and assigned tasks.

Inventory Management
Inventory
Manage all materials, quantities, and movements across sites and yards.

Reporting
Reports
Generate summaries for site performance, material usage, and crew activity.

Notifications
View alerts, approvals, and activity updates.

A red indicator 🔴 shows when you have new notifications.
Account Management
Below the main modules, you’ll find administrative tools:

Manage Subscription
View or update your current plan and billing details.
Settings
Configure company preferences, notification settings, and user permissions.
Logout
Safely sign out of your account.
Support & Version Information
At the bottom of the sidebar, you’ll find helpful utilities:

Need Help? – Opens the support center or contact form for quick assistance.
Check for Updates – Manually verify if a new Cloudscaff version is available.
Version Number – Displays the current software version (e.g., v1.6.2).
Company ID – Your unique organization ID used for support or integration references (e.g., 9eaXpBDG4FVJHkAHK5d).
