Site Page Overview

Each site includes a full suite of tools for managing scaffolds, inventory, compliance, safety documents, and operational workflows.

Use the top navigation bar to switch between tabs.

The top navigation bar displays all available tools for the selected site, such as:

Scaffolds, Inventory, Requests, Deliveries, Transfers, Tasks, JSPs and more. Each tab opens its own workspace, allowing you to manage, track, and process activity specific to that function (for example: viewing scaffolds, issuing inventory, uploading documents, or sending instructions). To switch between tools, simply click on the tab name in the navigation bar and the system will load the relevant screen.

All tabs and their tools are permission-based. If a user does not see a particular tab, or cannot access a tool inside it, the required permission must be added to their User Profile under Roles & Permissions.


Scaffolds

Create, manage, and track all scaffolds on the site, from pending builds to erected and dismantled structures with full status history.

Overview: Displays all scaffolds grouped by status (Pending, Inactive, Erected, Dismantled). You can:

  • Search by code, location, or status

  • View start and end dates

  • Track who created the scaffold

  • Open actions such as Handover, Inspection, Dismantle, or Extend

This is the primary workspace for day-to-day site scaffold activity.


Scaffold Register

Full compliance register of all scaffolds with dimensions, handovers, inspections, dismantles, hire details, and document history.

Overview: A detailed table containing size, volume, platforms, inspections, handovers, and dismantle dates. Tools available:

  • Export to Excel

  • Download QR codes for printing and on-site scanning

This is used for compliance, safety checks, and audit reporting.


Map

GPS map showing the site location of scaffolds on site.

Overview: Pins the scaffold's physical on a live map. Helpful for:

  • Field teams locating the exact scaffold

  • Customers to view their scaffolds


Inventory

Live breakdown of all inventory on the site, including quantities, weight, deliveries, returns, transfers, and overages.

Overview: Shows:

  • Total weight on site

  • Weight by yard or location

  • Stock per component

  • Available quantities, overages, and supplier information

Export options include:

  • Revenue Report

  • Replacement Report

  • Price List

  • Download PDF


Inventory Movements

Complete audit trail of every delivery, return, and transfer into or out of the site with filtering and export options.

Overview: Provides counters for total movements, deliveries, returns, and transfers. Includes date filters and detailed logs showing when items moved, who signed, and which site or yard they went to.


JSP (Job Safety Plans)

Store and manage site safety plans and related documents in one searchable list.

Overview: Site JSPs are listed with customer, creator, status, and creation date. Use the plus button to upload or create a new JSP.


Tasks

Assign, track, and complete tasks on the site, separated into pending and completed lists.

Overview: Tasks help teams stay organized. You can:

  • Add tasks for individuals or teams

  • Track progress

  • Review completed work for record keeping


Requests

Site users request material or components, forming the first step before inventory is issued.

Overview: Requests flow through:

  • Pending

  • Submitted

  • Approved

This prevents unauthorized inventory movement. Each request is fully traceable with dates, weight, creator, and uploads.


Deliveries

Digital record of all deliveries to the site, including drivers, weights, dates, signatures, and uploads.

Overview: Shows:

  • Outbound deliveries (waiting to be delivered)

  • Completed deliveries

Each delivery note is stored digitally for auditing and accountability.


Returns

Track inventory returned from the site with digital signatures, weights, and supporting documents.

Overview: Return workflow:

  • Pending Returns

  • Outbound Returns

  • Completed Returns

This updates inventory counts automatically when items are signed back in.


Transfers

Move inventory between sites with sign-to-release and sign-to-receive approvals for full traceability.

Overview: Displays:

  • Pending transfers

  • Transfers In

  • Transfers Out

Used when equipment is moved from one project to another rather than back to the yard.


Site Instructions

Upload or send formal site instructions, notices, or change orders with tracking and signature records.

Overview: Instructions display in three groups:

  • Pending

  • Signed

  • Completed

Used for communication that requires acknowledgment or proof of receipt.


Uploads

Store documents, photos, and videos related to the site for compliance, safety, or operational records.

Overview: Drag and drop or choose files to upload. All uploaded media remains attached to the site permanently for future reference.
