Understanding Permission Toggles

When adding or removing permissions, you’ll see various toggles listed inside a section. Each one defines what the selected role can see and do inside the system.

Tool Toggles

Approve:

Finalize or sign-off on a record


Create:

Add new records or entries


Delete:

Permanently remove a record


Edit:

Modify or correct existing records


Enable:

Activates a role, module, or permission group


Immediate:

Process an action instantly, skipping checks


Receive:

Confirm arrival or receipt


Release:

Dispatch or send materials out


Reports:

Access analytics and reporting modules


Reserve:

Hold stock to use for a later point in time


Reverse:

Undo a processed action or adjustment


Submit:

Send to next workflow stage


Update:

Modify or correct existing records


View:

See and open existing records


Void:

Cancel or mark as invalid (kept for audit)


Notification Toggle

Approved:

Notifies you when an item or request is approved.


Closed:

Notifies you when a record or site is closed.


Created:

Notifies you when a new record is created.


Processed:

Notifies you when a return or over-return has been processed.


Received:

Notifies you when inventory or an item is received.


Rejected:

Notifies you when an item or request is rejected.


Released:

Notifies you when inventory or an item is released.


Submitted:

Notifies you when a request, return, or form is submitted.


Updated:

Notifies you when an existing record is updated.
