## Header Information

At the top of the overview, the system displays key reference details:

* **Site Code** – The unique identifier for the site
* **Site Name** – The name of the site
* **Scaffold Code** – Auto-generated unique scaffold reference
* **Created By** – User who created the scaffold
* **Date Created** – When the scaffold record was created
* **Erection Date** – Planned start date of the scaffold
* **Dismantle Date** – Planned end date of the scaffold

These fields are system-controlled and used for tracking, reporting, and audit purposes.

### Column Headings

Below the header is a structured table that summarises everything associated with the scaffold.

| Column               | Description                                                  |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Item** | Identifies the type of record (Scaffold, Attachment, Boards) |
| **Type** | The scaffold or attachment type selected during creation |
| **Description**      | User-entered description for easy identification             |
| **Location** | Physical location of the scaffold on the site |
| **Size (L × W × H)** | Dimensions recorded for the item                             |
| **Level** | Height above ground where the item exists |

### Rows Explained

#### **Scaffold**

This row represents the **primary scaffold structure**.

* Displays the main scaffold type
* Shows overall dimensions
* Level is typically **0m**, indicating ground level or height off the ground

***

#### **Attachment**

Attachments are secondary scaffold structures linked to the main scaffold.

* Each attachment is tracked independently
* Has its own dimensions and level
* Common examples include cantilevers or buttresses

***

#### **Boards**

Boards represent working platforms installed on the scaffold.

* Can represent a full level or partial level
* Displays board dimensions and quantity
* **Level** indicates the height at which the boards are installed

#### Key Behaviours

* The Overview is **read-only**
